11. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you should notice any malfunctions when using the device, please consult the table
presented below in order to identify the cause and find the solution to the given problem.
No.
Problem
Cause
Solution
1
Smoke coming out
of the ventilation port
during the baking
process.
Some elements are stuck to
the heating element or near it.
If the problem appears during
first use, it means that there is
residue oil on the surface of the
heating element.
Disconnect the bread maker
and clean the heating element
with caution so you do not get
burned. Dry off and open the
lid during first use.
2
The bottom crust is too
thick.
The bread was warm for too
long because it remained in the
basket, which made it lose too
much water.
Quickly remove the bread from
the basket without setting
temperature preservation.
3
Removing the bread
from the basket is very
difficult.
The paddle strongly clings
to the shaft inside the dough
basket.
Remove the bread, fill the
basket with hot water,
submerge the paddle for 10
minutes, then remove it out
and clean it.
4
The ingredients are
not properly combined
and the quality of the
product is poor.
Wrong baking program
selected.
Select the appropriate baking
program.
After use and repeated opening
of the lid, the bread is dry and
the crust is not brown.
Do not open the lid during the
final rising phase.
The mixing resistance is
too high, which prevents the
paddles from revolving and
mixing properly.
Check the paddle holes, then
take out the basket and start
the device when it is empty.
If it malfunctions, contact an
authorised service point.
