For breads containing ingredients such as fruit juices, coconut shavings, raisins, dried
fruit, chocolate, or sugar. Thanks to the longer rising time, the bread is light and fluffy.
Program 5: Buttermilk-based
Kneading, rising, and baking of buttermilk-based bread loaf.
Program 6: Gluten-free
Kneading, rising, and baking of GLUTEN-FREE bread. For gluten-free flour, rice flour,
sweet potato flour, corn flour, and oat flour.
Program 7: Super fast
Kneading, rising, and baking of bread within shorter time than that of the basic program.
The bread baked with this program is usually smaller and denser in consistency.
Program 8: Yeast dough
Kneading, rising, and baking. Rising involves baking soda or baking powder.
Program 9: Pizza dough
Kneading and rising without baking. Take the dough out and use it to make rolls, pizza,
steamed bread, etc.
Program 10: Pasta
Effective combination of flour and water or other ingredients.
Program 11: Yogurt
For yoghurt fermentation and production.
