Pressing the

button for the 8th time signifies the final settings stage – the total
operating time is displayed.
You can manually set the time in minutes for every stage: kneading, rising, baking, and
temperature preservation. This is done with the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
buttons, which either
reduce or increase the operating time of the given phase.
COLOUR:
You can select from the following: light (symbol
), medium ( symbol
) or dark
(symbol
) crust and fast bread (symbol

COLOUR
button,
the display will show 4 settings in order. The current selection is marked with an arrow.
The default crust colour is medium. The crust colour option is not available in programs 9,
10, 11, 12, and 13.
LOAF SIZE (WEIGHT)
You can select from 3 loaf sizes: small (1000 kg), medium (1250 kg), and big (1500 kg).
When you press the WEIGHT button, the display will show 3 settings in order. The current
selection is marked with an arrow. The default loaf setting is medium (1250 kg). The loaf

Delayed start function (TIMER +/-)
This function is used to delay the start of the bread maker. The maximum available delay
is 15 hours.
Choose the program and colour and press the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
button to change the
time shown on the LCD display. Each press of the button adds or subtracts 10 minutes
from the time of delay. The delayed start function is not available in programs 10, 11, 12,
and 13. By pressing the
TIMER -
or
TIMER +
button, you will reduce or increase the delay.
The set time recognises the program time and the delay time.
Example: the current time is 8:30 pm. You want your bread to be ready at 7:00 am the
following morning, i.e. in 10 hours and 30 minutes. Select the program, colour, and loaf
size and press the
TIMER +
button to add time until the display shows 10:30. Next, press
the
START/STOP
button in order to activate the delayed start program. The dot starts to
flash and the LCD display counts down the remaining time. Your fresh bread will be ready
at 7:00 in the morning.
Attention: delayed start programs are not recommended when you are using perishable
ingredients like eggs, fresh milk, fruit, onions, etc.
Temperature preservation function
The bread temperature can be automatically preserved for one hour following the end
of the baking process. The LCD display will show 0:00. During this time, the “ ” symbol
indicates HEATING over 60 minutes until the end of the temperature preservation time.
