2.8. Adjust support levels
To increase the support level, press the „+“ key
until the desired support level appears in the
display.
To reduce the support level press the „-“ key.
2.9. Push assistance
The pushing assistance is located above the
„+“ button and supports you when pushing
the pedelec at a maximum speed of 6 km/h
(in the highest gear). The speed of the
pushing aid depends on the selected gear.
It is activated by successively pressing the „Walk“
key (marked red) and the „+“ key.
2.10. Bedding-in brakes
When delivered, your brake system initially only has a weak braking effect, as the
surfaces of the brake disc and brake pads have not yet been used for braking. With
your new vehicle and also if you change the brake disc and brake pads, you should
bed-in the disc brakes as follows:
• Accelerate the vehicle to approx. 25 km/h
• Decelerate strongly to a stop using both brakes
• Repeat the procedure until the braking effect improves sufficiently
Risk of roll-over or risk of front wheel skidding when using the front wheel
brake forcefully.
→ Apply less force to the left brake lever when you noti ce the front wheel
slipping or the rear wheel rising.
