Device

A piece of equipment connected to a Netbiter EasyConnect Gateway.

Field system

A Netbiter EasyConnect Gateway with connected devices.

Device template

A file describing the Modbus parameters for a connected device.

Device profile

Contains a device template (see above), but also provides dashboards, visualizations, logs,
alarms, and various gateway settings, to offer a complete interface for the user. See the 
Netbiter Argos Administration Manual for further details.

Synchronize

Whenever a configuration is added or changed in Netbiter Argos, the changes must be syn-
chronized with the Netbiter EasyConnect Gateway.
