Check the lighting pattern of the EVAC LED (blue). If it is blinking, wait until it starts 
lighting. Depending on the EVAC/AIR switch operation, AIR LED might light or blink 
yellow. In this case, push the EVAC/AIR switch to evacuate the specimen chamber. After 
completing evacuation, the lighting pattern of EVAC LED will change from blinking to 
lighting.
