Airflow
The fans in both the control chassis and the drive trays circulate air through
the units from front to back. Air flows in through the front bezel to the rear of
the component and exits through the perforations in the rear door. The racks
do not contain fans.
Equipment noise
The following table lists the maximum acoustic emission values loudness in
dB for the VSP G1000, VSP G1500, and VSP F1500 storage system in
standard and high-temperature modes.
