4.4 Class of Service (CoS) Commands

4.4.3 classofservice trust

This command sets the class of service trust mode of an interface.  The mode 
can be set to trust one of the Dot1p (802.1p) or IP DSCP packet markings. 

Note: 

In 

trust ip-dscp

 mode the switch modifies the vlan priority for out-

going frames according to 
– the DSCP mapping and VLAN mapping table 
(PowerMICE, MACH 1000, MACH 4000)
– the a fix mapping table
(see Reference Manual ”Web-based Management” for further details).
