Turn off power and disconnect all the
test leads from the instrument.



See 2.2 "Turning Power On and Off" (page 50).

Loosen the set screw on the rear of the
instrument and remove the battery
cover.

Place six LR6 alkaline batteries into the
battery compartment. (Replace all six at
