4) Press the UP or DOWN buttons to move to the “Disconnect headset” and press the
RIGHT, OK, or MENU button to select it.
5) The headset is disconnected and you will exit the menu.
6) You may also wish to turn off the Bluetooth facility at this stage as it reduces battery life.
Follow the steps described earlier to do this.
9.6.6 Unpairing a headset
If you wish to unpair a headset, follow these steps:
1) Assuming that the headset has been previously connected and paired, press the MENU
button to access the menu.
2) Press the UP or DOWN buttons to move to the “Global options, pull down” and press the
RIGHT, OK, or MENU button.
3) Press the UP or DOWN buttons to move to the “Bluetooth options, pull down” and press
the RIGHT, OK, or MENU button.
4) Press the UP or DOWN buttons to move to the “Unpair headset” and press the RIGHT,
OK, or MENU button to select it.
5) Press the UP or DOWN button to move to the headset and press the OK button that you
want to unpair. If you want to unpair more than one, press the UP or DOWN to select by
pressing number 9 button and press the OK button.
6) The headset is unpaired and you will exit the menu.
Note: If you wish to use the headset in the future, and you have unpaired it as above, you
will need to re-enter the PIN code once again.
Note: If you experience a delay in response time when using a Bluetooth headset, this is
normal behavior because it is the nature of Bluetooth when using stereo Bluetooth 2.0
headsets.
9.7 Set Sleep Timer
To set the sleep timer, follow these steps:
1) Press the MENU button. Press the UP or DOWN button to move to the “Global options,
pull down.”
2) Press the RIGHT, OK, or MENU button. BookSense announces, “Alarm settings, pull
down.”
3) Press the UP or DOWN button to move to ‘set sleep timer, dialog.” Press the RIGHT,
OK, or MENU button. BookSense announces, “Enter the number of minutes for the sleep
timer, XX, edit box.” You can enter the set sleep timer by pressing numeric buttons range
from 0 to 180.
