Allow Online Settings can only be TRUE when the controller
is stopped or by performing a reload.
Autostart Y TRUE: If the processor module is connected to the
supply voltage, the user programs start
automatically.
The default setting is TRUE. Application-
specific
FALSE: The user program does not start automatically
after connecting the supply voltage.
