The
Device configuration
tab allows you

to define how the module obtains its IP address (via the
Configuration
control
selection list, STATIC, BOOTP and DHCP options).

Option
Description
0
STATIC
The IP address of the module is configured statically.
This is done using the device IP address, subnet mask, and gateway IP
address entered in the
Device configuration
tab.

BOOTP
The device obtains its IP address via the BOOTP protocol.
2
DHCP
The device obtains its IP address via the DHCP protocol. This is the default
setting.

If static configuration is used, set the IP address and subnet mask
manually (the gateway IP address is optional).
