Gas spring
Ensure the gas spring pushes the rear legs into the locking posi-
tion as the CarePorter™ Cart is moved forward. When the gas
spring is fully extended, check the gas spring rod for scratches,
nicks, or dents. Replace if necessary (refer to procedure 4.12).
Manifold alarms
Check the manifold alarms and gas display LEDs for proper func-
tion and illumination. Replace the gas display board if necessary
(refer to procedure 4.11).
TPM alarms
Check the TPM alarms and TPM display LEDs for proper func-
tion and illumination. Replace the TPM display board if necessary
(refer to procedure 4.10).
Battery cable
Inspect the battery cable from the TPM to the battery pack for
cuts, nicks, excessive abrasion or breaks. Replace if necessary
(refer to procedure 4.3).
Push bar
Make sure the push bar is securely attached.
Side push handle
Inspect the side push handle covers for cuts, nicks, excessive
abrasion or breaks. Replace if necessary (refer to procedure 4.20).
Accessories
Check all accessories for proper fit and function.
Overall appearance
Touch up paint where necessary.
Inspect all labels and replace if necessary.
Check the general aesthetics of the CarePorter™ Cart.
