3.4 Testing
Verify card on card reader，barrier will open, after pass the barrier will close.
Verify face on DS-K5603(T)-Z，barrier will open, after pass the barrier will close.
Appendix、FAQ
1.
After face recognition terminal DS-K5603-Z power on，device cannot boot normally or always restarting？
Solution: Make sure the power supply for terminal is 12V/3A, if not please change adapter
2.
The user info is synchronized from software to device successfully, but it prompt face not registered when
verify face
Solution: Make sure face picture has been added to software then link face picture to card
3.
One side barrier open normally but another side has some delay.
Solution: Check barrier control board configuration and jumper position(step 2.3) is correct；Check RS232
cable and make sure cable is connected properly
4.
After face verify successfully, the barrier has no reaction or sometime cannot open
Solution: Check RS232 cable is connected properly, ensure the cable is not connected opposite(step 2.3).
5.
Import face picture from USB flash failed
Solution: Ensure the USB flash is recognized by device, if not please have a try with another flash; The format
of USB flash should be FAT32; All face picture should be added to enroll_pic folder in USB; The name format
of the imported face picture:
Card No._Name_Department_Employee ID_Gender.jpg
Such as：1234567890_Nero_HIK_1_0.jpg
6.
There is some noise in swing barrier
Solution: Check if there is any screw inside barrier is loose
