Without Water Valves

Locate the water pump. Typical locations are:
o
Fifth Wheel – the front (basement) storage compartment, behind the
dividing wall (Note: The sliding wood panels are secured with a
screw).
o
Travel Trailers – location will vary depending on model. In most
applications the pump is located behind an access door. It may be
helpful to turn on the pump and listen to determine the location.

Valve #1 is a three way valve, turn it (clockwise) a quarter turn. This will open
the valve to the siphon hose and close off the water coming from the direction
of valve #2.
NOTE
: Valve #1 should be in the position shown (Fig. 8.7) for normal
operation from the fresh water tank.

Valve #2 is a two way valve, turn it (clockwise) a quarter turn. This will close
off the water flow from the fresh water tank.
NOTE
: Valve #2 should be in the position shown (Fig. 8.7) for normal
operation from the fresh water tank. This allows the pump to draw water from
the tank.
