Open Valve #3 (Fig. 8.7 shows this valve in the closed position).
NOTE
: Valve #3 should be in the closed position (Fig. 8.7) for normal
operation.
•
Place the siphon hose in the container of fresh water (Fig. 8.7).
•
Turn on the water pump. This will pump the water into the fresh water tank.
•
When finished, turn off the water pump and reset all valves to their normal
operating position. Close all access panels that may have been removed.

Water Heater Bypass
•
Valve #4 should be open for normal operation (Fig. 8.8). This valve should be
closed to bypass the water heater.
•
Valve #5 should be closed for normal operation (Fig. 8.8). This valve should
be open to bypass the water heater.
