9.2 Spare parts
Haelvoet NV can provide all necessary spare parts. All you have to do, is to specify the article number,
the sales order number and the serial number of the respective product. This information can be read
on the identification label. This label is to be found on the side beam of the bed frame at the head end.
In order to keep the right to the guarantee, you are only allowed to use original Haelvoet NV parts.
This instruction also applies to further maintain the safety of the bed!

9.3 Used fastening methods

axle retaining ring: This ring is used to fasten the mattress platform actuators and the metal parts.
It can be easily removed by just pulling the clip. The axle can be locked again by pushing the
retaining ring back in the groove.
