No Crank, No-Start
Step 8
Ignition
OFF
.
Ignition
ON, within 30 seconds,
measure voltage between connector
C1 Terminal 8
(Pink) and a
known good ground.
Voltage equal to battery voltage:
Repair high resistance in circuit 104
between C1 and Splice 1. Refer to
DSM.0036.
Perform System Verification Procedure.
Voltage not equal to battery voltage:
Proceed to Step 9.
