Crank, No-Start
LP fuel
hose
fuel line adaptor tool
LP fuel
filter
Step 16
Reattach
fuel line adaptor tool
with LP gauge to LP fuel hose.
Reattach LP fuel hose to LP fuel filter.
Pressurize fuel system per
Step 12

Ignition
ON
.
Check
fuel line adapter tool
LP gauge for 120 psi
(8.27 Bar)
.
Pressure is 120 psi
(8.27 Bar)
.
Retry crank. If vehicle starts, proceed to
Step 17.
If vehicle does not start, close 1/4-turn
manual shutoff valve.
Reprogram / replace ECM.
Perform System Verification Procedure.
Pressure is less than 120 psi
(8.27 Bar)
.
Close 1/4-turn manual shutoff valve.
Replace regulator.
Perform System Verification Procedure.
Step 17
Depressurization complete:
Proceed to Step 18.
Depressurize fuel system; refer to Depressurization section of this manual.
Observe organizational LOTO practices; install lockout/tagout (LOTO)
devices.
Step 18
Remove
fuel line adaptor tool
from fuel rail and LP fuel hose.
Reinstall LP fuel hose on fuel rail quick disconnect fitting.
Complete
Leak Check Procedure
DSM.0037 at all fittings and connections involved in this
procedure.
Perform System Verification Procedure
