still disconnected.
Check continuity between connector
IO31
(Purple) and
ECM
connector
C1 Terminal 2
(Purple).
Continuity is not present:
Repair high resistance in circuit 313
between C1 and IO31 Connectors. Refer to
DSM.0036.
Perform System Verification Procedure.
Continuity is present:
Reconnect IO30 and IO31 connectors to
OEM connectors (Orange).
Continue to Step 7.
No Crank, No-Start

Ignition
OFF.
Ignition
ON
,
within 30 seconds
, measure voltage between connector
C1 Terminal 8
(Pink) and
connector
C1 Terminal 16
(Black).
Voltage equal to battery voltage:
Proceed to Step 8.
Voltage not equal to battery voltage:
Proceed to Step 8.
