Installing a server blank
CAUTION:
To prevent improper cooling and thermal damage, do not operate the chassis unless all bays
are populated with a component or a blank.
IMPORTANT:
The left and right sides of the chassis are oriented 180° from each other. Components
installed on one side of the chassis must be turned 180° when they are installed on the opposite side.
Procedure
Install the component as indicated.
