5.2.2 Using the I.V. Pole AD165A
To raise the I.V. pole:
-
Loosen the knob
-
Hold the lower part of the pole with one
hand and raise the upper part to the
desired height
-
Tighten the knob.
To lower the I.V. pole:
-
Loosen the knob
-
Hold the upper part of the pole firmly and
lift slightly while pressing upward on the
plastic sleeve with the same hand
-
Lower the pole to the required height
-
Release the sleeve
-
Tighten the knob.
To turn the I.V. pole:
-
Loosen the knob
-
Turn upper part to the required position
while respecting the safety
recommendations
-
Tighten the knob.
