You will then be asked to draw some circles on screen.

All collected data is stored in 4 files, located at the NOTETAKER installation

directory:

· NoteTaker.dat

· NoteTaker.log

· NoteTakerReg.txt

The files can be automatically or manually sent to our Technical support team.

Using the CDA

Make sure your base unit is connected to your PC Run the CDA application.

The following dialog appears, explaining which data will be collected from your system

Press ‘Next’ to continue, or ‘Cancel’ to quit.

Enter the following details in the next dialog:

o Problem Description

o Base Unit serial number.

(Located at the bottom of the base unit)

o CPU type and speed Press Next.
