MACH® Gas-Fired Boiler

Before commissioning, a sample of the system water and the make-up water should be analyzed to assure the
proper mixture of water, chemical treatment and (if applicable) glycol.  This analysis can be made by your local
water treatment firm, or by one of the manufacturers listed below.  The water chemistry should be adjusted as
recommended in the analysis results.  Thereafter, the system water should be analyzed at the start of the
heating season for boilers operated for comfort heat only or twice annually for boilers that are operated year
round.

There are many suppliers of chemical treatments that are acceptable for use in multi-metal hydronic systems.
The Association of Water Technologies maintains a listing of manufacturers and water treatment firms and
professionals for reference. This listing can be found on the internet at
