Appendix C- Troubleshooting
Time Zone Issue
Postgres datestyle MUST be configured to the same datetime zone on all Vision2 servers.
1.
Open C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.2\data\postgresql.conf file on each server and look for "datestyle" attribute.
2.
Set it as datestyle = 'iso, mdy' for US date format, or datestyle = 'iso, dmy' for European date format.
