The USB cable that you are using to connect the
Phone with the infotainment system might not be
compatible with your Phone. Please use only the USB
cable provided by the Phone Manufacturer.
11. I am unable to connect to Android Auto. I have
followed all steps specified. What could be the cause
of the problem?
If the connection between the Android Auto
application and the infotainment system fails, this
problem could arise. The connection will fail due to
one of the following reasons:
Bluetooth connection was unsuccessful or
connection was lost
If the infotainment system date and time does
not match with the Phone data and time
settings.
