Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you can correct the
malfunction.

Never try to repair the appliance yourself. You can put your own and future users’
lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to carry out this repair work.
No cause for alarm

The microwave operation can disturb the
reception of radio and television programmes.

programmes. The same thing can happen
in the event of interference from smaller
household appliances such as mixers,
vacuum cleaners or hair dryers and is
therefore no cause for alarm
The brightness of the cooking chamber lighting
decreases.
When using the microwave at a lower power
level, the cooking chamber lighting may
become dimmer.
Steam escapes from the cooking chamber
door (5); hot air escapes from the ventilation
openings.
When cooking, steam may be released from
food. Most of the moisture will escape from
the ventilation openings. Steam can also
condense on cooler surfaces such as the
cooking chamber door (5).
