WARNING
Risk of injury!
Improper installation of the appliance
can lead to injury. The exhaust hood
must be placed over the centre of the
cooking zone in order to operate at full
capacity later.

At the point where the exhaust hood
is installed, the ceiling or wall must
have a load-bearing capacity of at
least 40 kg and must be at least 30
mm thick to provide suffi cient sup-
port for wall plugs or heavy-duty an-
chors.
■
Only use mounting materials that are
suitable for the characteristics of the
ceiling and walls. If you are not sure
of your selection, ask a professional
for guidance.
Tools and aids
You will need:
– Screwdriver
– Drill with stonebit (ø 8 mm)
– Measuring tape / ruler
– Level
– Pencil
– Stable stepladder
– Work gloves
We also recommend having a second person
with you to help.
Screws
The screws and dowels required to
mount the appliance on a wall are not
included in the package contents as their
type and dimensions will vary depending on
the characteristics of the wall.
Please have a specialist advise you as to
which ones you need.
In total, you will need 4 round-head screws
with the correct wall plugs and 2 washers.
Accessories (not included in the package
contents): Activated charcoal filter (required
for circulation air operation)
