Press the UP key and the temperature will
be displayed.
Continue pressing the UP key to display one
by one all the memorized data of the same
log in the above sequence i.e. time and tem-
perature value.
Press the DOWN key to revert back to sam-
pling time and move back through samples.
To exit from the recall mode
press the LOG key.
Note: this mode will not alter data into
memory
