By LPG

Carburetor without gasoline
：
If you know the carburetor without any gasoline before start,
use LPG directness. Close the gasoline switch, open LPG switch a few seconds, then open key to
start motor, the engine move;
②
Carburetor with gasoline
：
start engine is not easy by LPG, close the LPG and Gasoline
switch(choose to middle position), start by gasoline. When the gasoline will be run down in
carburetor, rotate speed of engine is lower, open LPG switch, turn to LPG. Or the gasoline will be
burn fully in carburetor, engine stop, open LPG switch, use the key to start motor, engine works.
4.
Change fuel during the engine runs
From LPG to gasoline
：
①
Switch the fuel change switch from LPG position to Neutral, step the accelerator pedal
slightly, keep still and speed up the engine until it stops.
②
After the engine completely stopped, switch the fuel change switch to GAS position again, and
then re-start the engine.
From Gas to LPG
：
①
Switch the fuel change switch from GAS position to Neutral, step the accelerator pedal
slightly, keep still and speed up the engine until it stops.
②
After the engine completely stopped, open one side LPG cylinder outlet shut-off valve,
switch the fuel change switch to LPG position, and re-start the engine.
Caution
：
1.
Do not change fuel when engine is working. Only after the engine completely stopped
can you change fuel.
2.
Use gasoline to drive several miles at least every two weeks to avoid gasoline
deterioration.
3.
After engine starts, do not change fuel at once, and the engine should be in normal work
temperature before change fuel.
When using LPG, you should pay attention to the following points
Before driving, check cylinder and pipe for leakage
After LPG is working, shutting down the engine according to the following way:
①
Switch the fuel change switch to neutral
；
②
Idle the engine until stops
；
③
Make sure the rest LPG run out
。
Place the key to ―OFF‖ position after engine stopped.
4.
Before storing for a long time, you should completely close the cylinder shutoff valve and
check if the engine leaks.
5.
During moving, if there is leakage, fault, or other abnormal condition, completely shut off
the cylinder shutoff valve and have LPG system serviced.
5. Attentions

）
If there is LPG leakage in truck working, turn off the LPG switch, shut the outlet valve, check if
loose of the connectors, and deal with it in time. Travel with gasoline when the fault is not yet
eliminated.

）
Dual fuel truck should use 93# gasoline or truck used LPG as fuel, otherwise it may influence
the accuracy of ignition time and drop the power.

）
If park over 10 minutes, shut off the LPG switch (or outlet valve).

During engine running, keep it water temperature between 70
℃
and 85
℃
.

There are two functions of press reducing regulator. One is decompress, it drops the LPG pressure from
cylinder to one atmospheric pressure. Second is transpiration, liquid LPG absorbs the heat of engine
circular to let itself boiloff.
