3. Press and hold the right steering button on the control handle.
Result: The tires turn to the right.
Test the driving and braking function
1. Press the driving and steering button and it will light up.
2. Slowly push the proportional control handle forward until the machine starts to move based
on the direction arrow on the control panel, and then return the handle to the center position.
Result: The machine should move forward and then stop.
3. Slowly push the proportional control handle backward until the machine starts to move based
on the direction arrow on the control panel, and then return the handle to the center position.
Result: The machine should move backward and then stop.
The brakes must be able to stop the machine and ensure it will not roll down on
any slope that the machine can climb.
Test the driving speed limit
1. Press the lifting button and it will light up.
2. Lift the platform about 2m until the anti
-
rollover device is enabled.
Result: The anti
-
rollover device (located in the lower part of the chassis, one on each side) should
be enabled.
3. Press the traveling and steering button, slowly operate the drive control handle to the
maximum position.
Result: The machine travels at a speed of at least 10m per 45s.
If it is less than 10m per 45s, the operator should stop the machine immediately
and mark it, and then the maintenance personnel should check or modify the parameters.
6.3 Test the safety function
Test the manual brake release function
The manual brake release valve is mounted on the rear of the
frame.
1. Press the black reversing valve (1).
2. Push the red manual pump (2) repeatedly to release the brake.
