missing parts, and unauthorized changes:

—— Brake release valve
—— Tires
—— Maintenance arm

—— Alarm and indicator light
—— Platform access door
—— Anti

—— Scissor arm pins and fasteners
—— Nuts, bolts and other fasteners

Check the whole machine to find:
—— Cracks in welded joints or structural components
—— Dents or damage to the outer surface of machine
—— Serious rust, corrosion or oxidation
—— Ensure that all structural components and other key parts are complete, and all related
fasteners and pins are in the correct position and fully tightened.
5.2 Checks before operation
The operator should check the workplace to see whether it is suitable for safe operation of the
machine. The operator should perform the above check before moving the machine to the
workplace.
