Warning
If the forklift truck has any damage
or faults, it should not be started before
repairing.
Operating steps:
–
Release the emergency stop switch.
Rotate it clockwise, the emergency stop
switch button will pop up automatically.

Insert the key into the switch lock and
rotate it right to the “I” position.
–
Move the direction lever to the neutral
position (neutral state)
–
Enter the user password through the
electronic password switch keyboard. (for
optional combination lock)

The forklift truck starts the self-check for
three to four seconds. After the self-check,
the available battery level is displayed on the
display.
The forklift truck is started.
Caution
After the user password is entered
correctly,
the
forklift
truck
will
automatically enter the self-check process
(about three to four seconds). The
welcome interface is displayed.The
forklift truck cannot be driven or lift
during this time. If the operator operates
the direction switch, accelerator pedal or
the lifting switch during this period, a
fault message will appear in the display
and the fault indicator light “ ” will light
up.
The operator first sits in the driver's
seat correctly and then buckles the safety
belt
2.5 Driving
Prerequisite: The forklift truck is started.
Operating steps:
–
Disengage the parking brake lever (the
corresponding parking brake indicator light
“ " is off).

Use the direction switch to select the
driving direction.
–
Operate the lifting switch to lift the forks
150 mm to 200 mm above the ground.
–
Operate the tilt switch to make the mast
tilt backward to its limit.
–
Depress the accelerator pedal. The
driver can adjust the operating speed by
controlling the angle at which the accelerator
pedal is pressed.
The truck will travel in the selected direction.
