Step 4

Locate the corresponding wing fillet to the wing. Test

fit the fillet by pulling the wing slightly away from the

fuselage and aligning the two dowels in the fillet with

the corresponding holes in the wing. Slide the wing

against the fuselage, guiding the alignment pin of the

wing and fillet into the locations in the fuselage.





Step 5

Once satisfied with the fit, glue the wing fillet to

the wing using 6-minute epoxy. Secure the wing

to the fuselage using a 1/4-20 x 2" bolt and use

tape on the fillet-to-wing connection. This will keep

everything in alignment until the epoxy fully cures.



Step 6

Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for the remaining

wing panel and wing fillet.
