Valve Unit with Integrated Purge Valve

6. Install valve unit to dryer base.
7. Tighten mounting bolts in star pattern to
62-80 in-lbs (7-9 Nm).
8. Reinstall control manifold. Apply a small amount
of silicone compound to green part of the seal.
Tighten M12 banjo bolt(s) to 130-150 in-lbs
(15-17 Nm).
12/24 VDC Heater Assembly
1. Disconnect electrical plug from heating assembly.
2. Remove the retaining screw (T25 Torx), heater
assembly and o-ring from dryer base.
3. Install new heater element into dryer base.
4. Install retaining screw. Torque to 45-55 in-lbs
(5-6 Nm).
5. Reconnect electrical plug to heating element.
