WARNING
● High voltages are produced inside the HAKKO FE-500 main unit. Observe the following
warnings to avoid the risk of electric shock.
■ Do not touch the electrodes while the power is ON.
■ Do not allow metal parts or other foreign objects to get inside the panel.
■ Conduct the daily inspection and regular maintenance procedures.
● This unit is not explosion proof. Do not use this unit near combustible gases or organic
solvents.
CAUTION
To prevent accidents and failures, be sure to observe the following precautions:

Do not use the unit near flammable materials.

Turn the power OFF when not in use, or left unattended.

Turn the power OFF when changing parts or storing the unit.

Do not modify the unit.

Use only genuine HAKKO replacement parts.

Do not wet the unit or use the unit with wet hands.

Remove power cord by holding the plug, not the cord.
