Repair Action
58 ADC Health
Check Fault
This fault is set when
any ADC Self-Diagnosis
channel reports an out-
of-tolerance value for
10-seconds.
• Replace main board.
65 Pressure
Sensor
Continuous
Gallons Monitor
The pressure sensor loss
algorithm set conditions
are described here: Flood
Protection Algorithm
• See Fault Code 25.
76 Bulk sensor not
connected or
out of range
Bulk sensor reads:
• Not connected (> =
4.84V)
• Empty (< 2.00V)
• Check bulk tank level sensor harness
connections.
• If the above repair actions don't clear the fault,
replace bulk tank sensor.
78 Board
Communication
API Mismatch
The main board detects
that it doesn't have the
same API version as
another board.
• Use SmartHQ diagnostic tool or use a SUM
module to update the software.
79 Voice Module
Heartbeat
Failure
No communication
between the Voice
Module and MC detected
for 10 seconds.
• Check voice module harness connections.
• If the above actions don't clear the fault,
replace voice board and harness.
• If the above actions don't clear the fault,
replace user interface (UI) board.
86 Extremely Low
Water Pressure
Current Water Level
Cycle Step Low Pressure
Check is ran < 0.85 *
Minimum Fill Level.
• See Fault Code 25.
92 Inverter
Heartbeat
Failure
No heartbeat from
the inverter to the MC
detected for 60-seconds
• Run Spin Test 14. If cycle completes, no
repair needed and clear faults.
• Check line voltage for 102 VAC to 132 VAC.
• Check all inverter board harness connections.
• Check Motor TCO continuity at J502 (inverter
board). If open, should reset after 45-minutes.
• Check for continuity through each pair of
motor phase windings at J401 (inverter). If
any discontinuities, replace motor.
86 Extremely Low
Water Pressure
Current Water Level
Cycle Step Low Pressure
Check is ran < 0.85 *
Minimum Fill Level.
• See Fault Code 25.
91 User Interface
(UI): Main
Board
Heartbeat
Timeout
No communication
between the User
Interface (UI) and Main
Control Board (MCB)
detected for 10-seconds.
• Check User Interface (UI) harness
connections.
• Check Main Control Board (MCB) to User
Interface (UI) voltages.
