Message Solution
The sample ID list full. Data
has not been added Remove the sample IDs that are not used. Add a new sample ID.
Documents/Videos
The document does not
show on the display. Make sure that the document is saved as a PDF.
Not enough memory to store
the document. Delete other documents, then add the document again.
Cannot delete the
document. Contact technical support.
Cannot store the document. Contact technical support.
Cannot open the manual. Make sure that the document format is PDF.
The video format is not
supported. Make sure that the video format is AVI (Codec XVID) with a resolution of 640 x
480 pixels. Make sure that the video size is not more than 10 Mb.
The video does not play. The video file is corrupt.

Enter the correct username and password. Make sure that the network settings
are correctly configured.
LAN Connection failed
Automatic retrieval of the
local IP address failed! There is no connection to the DHCP server. Contact the network administrator.
If the DHCP server is not enabled, manually enter an IP address for the
instrument.

Contact the network administrator. If necessary, contact technical support.

Verify network configuration
Files did not save to the
network share. Make sure that the correct permissions are set to the network share directory.
No connection to the web
server. Try to connect the instrument to a LAN again later. Make sure that the instrument
is connected to the network.

Standard expired. Continue? Use standards that are not expired.
Primary standard is write
protected. The verification standard value cannot be recorded on a calibration standard.
Measured value is out of
nominal value range. The measured value is not within range for this standard. The 10 NTU standard
range is 5 to 15 NTU. The < 0.1 NTU glass verification rod range is 0 to 0.1 NTU.
Use the correct standard. Make sure that the standard is not expired. Measure the
standard again.
No act. value on RFID tag.
Read standard? Measure the verification standard first on an instrument that was recently
calibrated.
