Where, “h3c” is the user name, “123” is the new password, and
“administrator” represents that password is a super user password.
Tip:
After the restart, the system runs as per the initial default configuration,
though the original configuration file is still in the Flash memory. To
restore the original configuration, use the
display
saved-configuration
command to display the original configuration
first, and then copy and run the configuration.
Step 4: Save the new configuration.
[VG] save
Note:
After modifying the password, run the
save
command to save the
change.
II. Recovering the lost Boot ROM password
Contact your sales agent if you have lost the Boot ROM
password of your VG, and the technicians will help your access the VG
to set a new password.
