Make sure that the workbench has a good ventilation
system;

Make sure that the workbench is stable enough and can
support the weight of the VG and the installation
accessories;
z
Make sure that the workbench has been well-grounded.
2.2 Safety Recommendations
When reading this manual, you should pay adequate attention to
the following symbol and the contents beneath it.
Warning:

performed incorrectly, might cause bodily injury to the operators or
damage the VG.
Caution:
Appears in operation procedures that, if
performed incorrectly, might affect normal operations of the VG.
When installing and using the VG, you should:
z
Keep the VG far away from the heat sources and
water/liquid;
z
Make sure that the VG has been correctly grounded;
z
Wear the ESD-preventive wrist strap in the installation and
maintenance, making sure that the strap have good
skin-contact;
z
Not plug/unplug cables if there is electricity;
z
Connect the cables to the ports appropriate to them. Above
all, do not insert a telephone cable into a network port;
z
Adopt Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS).
