Step 4: Upon the completion of the upload/download operation,
exit the FTP client program.
ftp>quit
5.7 Recovering a Lost Password
If you miss the VG’s Boot ROM password or user password, use
the following methods to recover it:
I. Recovering the lost user password
1)
Clear system configuration
Step 1: Access the Boot Menu, select <3> to clear the system
configuration.
The system will display:
Clear config, are you sure?[Y/N]y
Press <Y>, and the following information will be displayed
Erasing...Success!
Step 2: When the Boot Menu appears again, select <7> to exit
the Boot Menu.
The system will display:
Exit and reboot, are you sure?[Y/N]y
