I. What is the difference between the global directory and the local
directory

EP302-XE2000 does not support the user directory function. This question is for
EP302-XE7000 only.
The global user directory is a user information sharing service based on distributed
database, generally employed in a network consisting of multiple IP PBXs. The
central station controls the user information of all stations within the domain and can

VIII. How to update the software?
The software upgrade is handled by the network administrator. If your network
administrator informs you to upgrade the phone software, you simply need to restart
