Returns the last transaction number read.

<Transaction Number> = 9 digit transaction number (using leading zeros).
This command allows the setup of the text formatting options for time/date and
system code line placement (range of 1 to 12).

<system code line #> = {01..12}
This command returns the text formatting setups for the time/date and system code
lines.
