Sets measurement to Period on the first display and specifies the
range.
Parameter: [None] | [Range(<NRf> | MIN | MAX | DEF)]
Example: CONF:PER
Sets the DMM to period measurement using the previous range.

Sets measurement to Continuity on the first display.

Sets measurement to Diode on the first display.
