When preparing thick food, we recommend that you plug the tap from
the inside to prevent clogging up – e.g. using a cloth.
From time to time the tap should be cleaned using hot water with
detergent.
This type is suitable as a dispensing tank for hot tea, mull wine,
punch etc.
Preserving procedure
1. Insert the grate
2. Fill the tank with c. 5-10 cm of water (service)
3. Close the lid
4. Plug it in
5. Select temperature
6. After the acoustic alarm sounds, set the timer to the selected time
7. The indicator is on when the heating element is in operation, the
preserving procedure is automatic. At the end of the preserving
procedure the appliance turns off and the indicator goes off.
8. After the operation has completed, turn the thermostat all the way to
the left and unplug the appliance.
Zaváranie
In respect to shelf-life, preparation and cleanliness are the most
important factors. Fruit and vegetables should be of good quality, fresh
and ripe.
• Uncut fruit and vegetables should be properly washed and left to drip
off.
• The shelf-life of green beans and peas can be increased by stewing
them a little in advance.
• Jars, tins, bottles and lids should be
thoroughly washed in hot water, rinsed and
left on a clean dish towel to dry.
• Check whether the container does not
contain burnt residues or whether the
container is not damaged.
• The lids should be kept in clean water until
the moment when they are used.
• Do not use any damaged or old lids.
