Installing the Latch Bar Holders
The latch bar holders (Q) are used to secure the inner doors tightly against the door frame.
1. Install eight 1/2 x 1-1/4 in. flange bolts (K) and 1/2 in. flange nuts (AV) to fill in the eight holes inside
the door frame weldment (A) located towards the outside of the bin.
NOTE:
Bolt heads (K) must be installed on the inside of the door frame weldment (A).
2. In the remaining holes, install the eight latch bar holders (Q) to the insides of the door frame
weldment (A) using 1/2 x 2-1/4 in. HHCS bolts (S), 1/2 in. lock washers (U), 1/2 in. hex nuts (V) and
1/2 in. flat washers (T).
NOTE:
Use flat washers (T) to adjust the depth of the bearing pins in the door frame weldment (A).
Do not fully tighten the latch bar holders (Q) until the inside doors are installed and adjusted.
