
To operate a motorised aerial system, one should
select the type of control thereof in this item.
If you use motorised system with support of the
programme of control of the DiSEqC1.3, set the value
to
USALS
in this item of the Menu.
If you use motorised system for control of the aerial
drive using the protocol DiSEqC™1.2, set the value
to
DiSEqC1.2
in this item of the Menu.
To direct the positioner towards a satellite it would be necessary to:
Select the satellite from which you are going to search the channels;
•
Select transponder (the Receiver will perform search of satellite, using the data on the selected
•
transponder).
Further, depress the button
Search of Signal (BLUE button [21])
and select direction of motion of the
aerial, using the buttons
/
[8]
(West
or
East)
. The aerial will automatically start motion in the set
direction, until detection of the signal of the selected transponder.
When the signal is detected it would be necessary to perform manual adjustment in order to obtain the
maximum level of signal. To do that move the cursor to triangular buttons and by depressing and holding
or
[8]
obtain maximum values in the scales of level/quantity of signal. Depress
GREEN button [10]
to save the obtained position. If the position of the satellite was saved earlier in the Receiver, then select
the number of the position for adjustment of the positioner. To acknowledge the selection depress the
OK [24]
button.

you would switch to
Automatic search
.
Additional adjustment of the positioner
To set the east (west) limit of motion of the aerial, it would be necessary to position the aerial into the
limiting east (west) position then in the Menu of
Additional adjustments of positioner
select Limit:
East
(West)
and depress the
GREEN button [10]
. To delete the limit depress the
RED button [11]
.
To place the aerial into initial position select
Go to position 0
and depress the
GREEN button
[10]
.
Assigning of Recalculate command is individual for each positioner (called by the
GREEN button
[10]
).
There is a possibility realised in the Receiver of combination of DiSEqC™- switch and motorised antenna
controlled using the DiSEqC™1.2 protocol.
