The Info function and the Index function*
As an integral part of a dictation, you can dictate instructions
(

= Info) for your typist and mark them, or set index marks
(
i
▼
= Index) for specific parts of the dictation.

« and the info or index number (from 01 to 16) appear on
the display. These instructions and indexes are transferred
to the PC with the dictation.
The typist can listen to all instrctions (infos) separately from
the letter text before starting transcription.
The author can quickly locate marked places (indexes).
Inserting Info*
