Remove Control Panels
3.5.1
Remove Control Cabinet Lid (Turn gas
and electric mains off)
a) Remove the 2 screws around the edge of the lid
securing it to the control cabinet.
b) Remove the lid.
c)
Replace in reverse order.
3.5.2 Remove Control Cabinet Side Panel (Turn
gas and electric mains off)
a) Remove lid (Paragraph 3.5.1).
b) Remove the four screws securing the side panel
to the control cabinet.
c)
Remove panel.
d) Replace in reverse order.

Remove Spark Ignition Module
(Turn gas and electric mains off)
a) Remove control cabinet lid (Paragraph 3.5.1).
b) Remove cabinet side panel (Paragraph 3.5.2).
c)
Disconnect leads from spark ignition module.
d) Remove retaining screws securing spark ignition
module.
e) Withdraw spark ignition module from control
cabinet.
f)
Replace in reverse order.

Remove Low Water Level Control
Relay
(Turn gas and electric mains off)
a) Remove control cabinet lid (Paragraph 3.5.1).
b) Remove cabinet side panel (Paragraph 3.5.2).
c)
Remove low water level control from its base by
undoing the two retaining clips.
d) Replace in reverse order.
Ensure the low water level control relay is correctly
oriented when re-positioned.

Remove Tilt Switch
(Turn gas and
electric mains off)
a) Remove control cabinet lid (Paragraph 3.5.1).
b) Remove control cabinet side panel (Paragraph
3.5.2).
c)
Disconnect electrical leads from tilt switch.
d) Remove screws securing the tilt switch bracket
assembly.
e) Withdraw tilt switch bracket assembly from
control cabinet.
f)
Remove screws securing the switch from the
bracket.
g) Replace in reverse order.
