Model G0936 (Mfd. Since 06/21)
Since all the bearings on the Model G0936 are
sealed and permanently lubricated, simply leave
them until they need to be replaced. DO NOT
lubricate them.
Below describes how to lubricate the components
that require periodic lubrication. Do not over-
lubricate these components. Large amounts of
lubricant will attract sawdust, causing the metal
components to gum up and bind.

Figure 26 for our recommended NGLI#2
grease for lubricating the leadscrew and trun-
nions.

Leadscrew & Trunnions
To lubricate leadscrew and trunnions:
1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2. Remove (4) Phillips head screws and flat
washers shown in
Figure 27 to remove pul-
ley cover.
3. Remove (3) Phillips head screws and flat
washers shown in
Figure 27 to remove left
side cover.

T26419—Syn-O-Gen Synthetic NLGI#2 Grease
